Off The Clock is an after hours dining series presented by OpenTable and Visa. There were three events at three restaurants, Musaafer in NYC, Budonoki in LA, and Cafe La Trova in Miami, that gave diners exclusive access to off menu bites and late night vibes usually reserved for those in the industry. Each event had tasting menus created just for the night, cocktails being served in custom ice luges, interactive moments like salsa dancers and chopstick engraving, and even some breakout congo lines. Event production by Oma Loves Fun.

Design work for a recurring event series hosted by OpenTable x Visa, where buzzy restaurants host guest chefs from other cities for a one-night-only menu. Full scope inclusive of organic and paid social, emails, web design, print & digital ads, as well as on site assets including menus, signage, napkins, matches, take home gifts from chefs, and more.

Based in the Deep South, 5th Dimension offers high-quality herbal skincare and alcohol-free herbal tinctures teeming with potent plant power for optimal wellness. Their ingredients are sourced from small U.S. farmers & trusted organic suppliers. I had the pleasure of being trusted with a branding and packaging refresh for the brand.

The primary light green color is a carryover from 5th Dimension’s previous branding approach, and was supplemented with a darker shade of green, as well as a set of pinks to help build the brand’s toolkit. As a means of clearly distinguishing the line of skincare from the herbal extracts, color is used to signify whether the product is intended to be ingested or applied externally. There is also a flexible icon that shifts in form and color depending on its application.

The packaging features an additional graphic element, a loose blob shape that shifts in form depending on the product. This form speaks not only to the fluidity of 5th Dimension’s products, but also to the fluidity of us as humans through our composition and growth.

This gift box set was created at Away as a part of a holiday limited collection. The charms gift set has a layered unboxing experience to accommodate the various components you can use to attach your charm: a D-ring, a loop clip, and a leather strap. These components are adhered to individual cards and stacked on top of one another. The box itself utilizes a soft, textured white top sheet, blind embossed logo, silver top sheet on the drawer, and a ribbon puller for the opening.

Nightly Special is a dinner series created by OpenTable that pairs some of the best restaurants on OpenTable’s network in Los Angeles with tastemakers across various areas of the entertainment industry. The series featured Eric Wareheim, Tefi Pessoa, and Coco Jones paired with Nancy Silverton’s renown Pizzeria Mozza, buzzy The Rose Venice, and ultra luxe Fia Steak. Each tastemaker worked with the chef at their respective restaurant pairing to collaborate on a menu that showcases what they love most when it comes to eating out in LA.

I developed the creative concept for this event series, which extended to several applications across print and digital. Design assets created for the campaign included out of home, menus for each event including custom notes written by each tastemaker, organic social assets, paid social ads, email design, blog imagery, digital invites for talent, and more.

EEEEEATSCON is a food festival hosted by The Infatuation that brings together NYC’s hottest restaurants for two days of eating, drinking, music, and more. OpenTable had the opportunity to host one of Queens’ (and soon-to-be Brooklyn’s) hottest omakase experiences, Sushi On Me, for a pop up tasting menu and sake-soaked party. This activation was a huge hit at the festival, with all of the seatings selling on on Saturday and a packed house on Sunday.

For this event activation, I helped create the event’s identity, print assets, swag design, as well as the design of the pop up space itself which was inclusive of a main dining area, back lounge, and outdoor patio zone. Key takeaway for diners who attended the event were custom layered menus that came with a pack of stickers, OT @ ECON branded mini sanitizers, and a set of branded chopsticks in a keepsake box. We also gifted swag bags to restaurants working the festival that included an insulated tote bag with an insulated water bottle, embroidered hat, bottle opener, and more OT-branded items. Lastly, we showed up for chefs on load in day with a branded Festival Fuel Station, which included pastries and coffee drinks complete with OpenTable latte art.

A new release for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, The Energy Mode X18+ football boots required a special seeding pack for key athletes and influencers. The Global Brand Design packaging team created a unique structure and graphics to display the light, speed, and high energy of these boots.

The X split box is a direct link to adidas football's X silo. Small details, like stitching, stylized threads, and dots for additional grip were translated into patterns used on the box. These patterns are in a spot gloss varnish on the exterior, and blue on the interior.

We utilized fluorescent, live edge acrylic, blue hot foil, and laser etching to highlight other key elements of the boots.

A new release from adidas football's Limited Collection for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The boots work in tandem with the World Cup '18 ball itself, utilizing the same pixel explosion graphic, but with a mixed colorway.

As the latest football release for WC18 is adidas's most sustainable ball yet, they wanted to keep a bit of this storytelling in the packaging for the boots as well. We went for a raw kraft material base, with the addition of the boot graphics, black on one side panel, red on the other side panel, as well as copper hot foil.

For the 2018 World Cup in Russia, the in-house packaging team at adidas needed to create a simple and sustainable packaging solution. As the ball itself is the most sustainable ball adidas has created yet, we needed to carry this into the packaging set using minimal printing, uncoated, raw materials, and simplified graphics.

We created the standard ballbox, Christmas edition, a miniball kit containing mini versions of all World Cup ball since 1970, and a footwear box. The miniball kit structure was inspired by stadium lights. The standard ballbox structure was inspired by the unique panels introduced in this ball’s construction. The Christmas version needed to be enclosed for easy wrapping, but when stacked creates a dynamic graphic that conveys movement.

The adidas Brand Design packaging team created the packaging for an exclusive limited edition football shirt to celebrate Juventus's 120th anniversary.

The limited edition counts only 1897 shirts - a nod to the year in which Juventus was established by a group of students from Turin, eventually becoming a leading team in the history of Italian and international football.

Each shirt is packaged inside a personalized box, featuring the three gold stars, the new Juventus logo and distinctive 120th Anniversary graphics, with an inlay card sharing a bit of history.

The Predator cleat is adidas's most iconic football boot of all time, and it came with a much anticipated return to the game. The in-house packaging team at adidas Brand Design was tasked to create a box worthy of the boot.

We created a platform for the shoes that lifts the boots as you open the box. This symbolic rising action of the boots in the packaging speaks to the return of the iconic boot to the pitch.

For the launch of the Alphabounce shoe, the in-house packaging design team at adidas was tasked with creating a seeding box to send to influencers and athletes. We created a tonal split case box held shut by hidden magnets. The interior panel features key campaign messaging in a gloss finish once the box is opened.

The in-house packaging team at adidas created this unique structure for a limited number of elite runners in the Berlin Marathon. These shoes are the lightest running shoe developed by adidas thus far. To visualize this concept, we developed a hidden platform in the box base, so the shoes appear to be floating above the ground. The box graphics were designed to follow the marathon’s key messaging elements and touchpoints. We incorporated a perforated pattern to tease the product and messaging within. Each box was personalized for the runners who received them.
